Every woman should have at least one high-waisted skirt in their closet. It’s flattering, sophisticated and sexy. Blake Lively is working it with her pleated skirt which is an extra bonus because vertical lines make you look taller. She’s had a good year, with Gossip Girls and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, so she’s obviously looking good and glowing with the $$$ she’s getting.

Add big black beads to the pumps to transform them from plain Jane’s to Mary Jane’s.
