A couple days ago, I posted an entry about Payless’ hot new wedge boots designed by alice + olivia - featured designers for the store. I did kind of bash Payless a little but I also did say that they are definitely improving and now I have proof that they are!

Whenever I stumble upon Payless, it always disappoints me. It’s like a D rated version of Winners‘ shoe racks [ops]. But low and behold, Payless delivers with their collection by Alice + Olivia.
