Harry Rosen came to McMaster a few months ago to deliver a speech about the industry and his experience as a famous retailer. He was such a delight and complimented us on being such a well dressed group. Well of course, we had to impress the mogul himself!

Harry Rosen Inc. has welcomed the luxury line, Tod’s, to its flagship store on Bloor Street. The line will consists of shoes and leather accessories for men.

At Tod’s, it is believed that people could wear one beautifully made shoe in a professional, elegant or casual environment. Each piece [is] hand-crafted in Italy with the same care and attention to detail espoused by the original philosophy of the brand.

According to Tod’s USA CEO Marco Giacometti, This shop-in-shop is not only the first of its kind in Canada, the tenth in North America, but features the new Tod’s architectural and retail concept consistent with select global flagship renovations such as Milan and Paris.

Tod’s corner at Harry Rosen on Bloor opened Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009.
