Dare to Wear Love at Toronto’s LG Fashion Week
Twenty-four Canadian designers were dared by the Hoax Couture duo, Jim Searle and Chris Tyrell, to create a couture piece made out of traditional African cotton. Together with Dare to Wear Love and The Stephen Lewis Foundation, the designers hope to raise $100,000 from the auction of their designs to help fight HIV/AIDS in Africa. Visit Dare to Wear Love to find out how you can wear love.
Thank you, Rock-it Promotions, for inviting me to the show. The pictures don’t translate how amazing the pieces were in person. <3
