David dixon: I love his classic style and wearability of his clothes. I’m also a big fan of his Barbie collection. He’s very talented and an even nicer person! I wear his designs with pride.

Ashley Rowe. Her youthful, rocker-chic design esthetic is perfect for upping the style factor of a classic t-shirt. In fact, I believe there is a fabulous splatter-print tee in her fall 2010 line … so I say, make more!

Definitely Dean and Dan Caten. Their creativity is beyond words, clearly spoken for with the extravagent fashion shows they’ve put on in the past…I can only imagine what they would be able to turn the staple basic tee into =)

Evan Biddell: His clothes are a mix of edge & elegance with his signature kick-ass Biddell touch.

Katherine Gaskin aka ME! I’m a graphic designer and a big fan of fashion design. My mantra is to always create things that are unique and original. Designing t-shirt graphics is something I’ve explored and would love to get more into it. Oh and no more cupcakes/stars/skulls/bunnies on women’s clothing please!

I’d say Rudsak. Because their leather coats are always amazing. I can imagine they would use the same kind of care when making t-shirts.

Comrags, because those ladies are all about style and confidence. I bet they would do a bang up job and it would look like just another t shirt.

Jeremy Laing! His collections are always contemporary, edgy and innovative - I’d love to see his take on a wardrobe basic.

I would definitely want Dinh Ba to design my t-shirt. Dinh Ba has mastered garmet creations and has quickly become a true fashion couturier. I love all of his new trendy designs and creations, they are absolutely amazing! <3

I love Nayda Toto and would love to wear a t-shirt that she has created. Toto’s philosophy is to create a minimalist, urban, chic collection based on a concept of interchangeable, coordinating pieces that reflect comfort as well as refinement.

It would be Mark Fast because he’s AMAZING and it would drag him back to Canada!

My instinct is telling me to go with Sunny Fong because he’s one of Toronto’s own. I strongly believe 2010 is the year for the underdog and I think he can really showcase his creativity and talent in the simplicity of a t-shirt.
