Sure, Cara Cheung may have debuted her first independent fashion show months ago (March 23 to be exact), but I’ve been a little late with these emerging designers, which is unfortunate because Cara Cheung’s structured dresses with bites of embellishments has thrown her to the top of my top 5 Canadian fashion designers list.
