John Galliano SS09 Shoes

These shoes tripped me out. I initially thought it was a mirrored runway and the “reflection” of the shoe was extreme, but I soon realized that it’s not a reflection… it’s the damn shoe! They’re really innovative and fun to look at but I’m not sure these shoes can easily be translated into everyday consumer wear. The front… yes, the side… no. So what do you guys think?

Studded Boots

The mean studded boots by Christian Louboutin is a favourite among the Hollywood celebrities. Giuseppe Zanotti (the designer of Kim Cattrall’s fish bone shoes from the Sex and the City movie) has designed a less aggressive pair and no doubt, these bad boys will be seen on all sorts of famous feet. I prefer the Guiseppe Zanotti heel but if you’re going to go mean, you might as well go all the way with Christian Louboutin!
