Coloured denim was one of the popular trends in 2008 and it looks like they’re not going anywhere. Last year we saw the bright coloured denims such as sunshine yellow and aqua and tights of all colours of the rainbow. I myself own purple, violet and mustard yellow (lol). Forever 21 offers darker coloured hues at $18.50 a pop. Doesn’t it remind you of the cream soda, orange and grape Crush flavours?
Sequin pieces remind me of the song, Shiny Disco Balls by Who Da Funk. Man, I love that song. The New Years party wardrobe is all about glam and sparkles, and in this case… sequin pieces! Shiny “anythings” dresses up an outfit and luckily a variety of stores have sequin items available in their store collections. Be the shiny disco ball at your New Years celebration! Happy 2009!!
